However, due to the instant downloadable nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

  • Corrupted or Broken Files: If a file is damaged or cannot be opened after download.
  • Incorrect File Delivery: If you received the wrong product due to a technical error.
